When should i order?

At least 2-3 weeks ahead. Any orders under 7 days, please email thesweetrun@gmail.com to confirm availability.
can i make changes to my order?

Orders placed more than 10 days before your event: You can adjust quantities before your final payment. Orders under 10 days before your event: Quantities cannot be changed once payment is received.
What is your payment & design process?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date for all new customers only. Once paid, your date is officially booked and initial sketches will be sent. Up to three rounds of sketch revisions are included. Final payment is due 10 days before your event. Keep an eye on your email—we’ll send everything there!

Credit or debit card: Accepted with a 3.5% processing fee added to your order. Venmo or Zelle: Accepted with no extra fee.
can i see my cookies first?

Yep! You get a sketch preview and up to three tweaks before we bake.
how do i pick up my order?

Pick-up is located in Lindenhurst, IL. We’ll email/text your date and time.
do you ship or deliver?

Right now, we do local pick-up or delivery (for an additional fee based on location).
how are cookies packaged?

Individually heat-sealed for freshness and comes in a box. You can also select Special Packaging to add ribbon and/or a personalized tag.
can i request a custom design?

Absolutely! Share your ideas in the order form and we’ll make it happen.
do you offer cookie classes?

Yes! Our classes are fun, hands-on, and full of laughs. We also offer classes for any event.
allergy-friendly options?

Yes! Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free. Our cookies are nut-free but live in a household with common allergies.
how long do your cookies last?

Best enjoyed within 1-2 weeks. Keep them in their packaging at room temperature and away from heat or sun. You can also place them in an air tight container in the freezer. Thaw to room temperature in packaging. These will last 3 months. Do not place in the refrigerator.
